Project: Mississippi Lime Kiln Waste Conveyor
Client: Mississippi Lime Company

Artisan Contracting provided design/build services to modify an existing system by eliminating a poorly operating conveyor, modifying an existing conveyor, and relocating and modifying an existing loadout bin that was fitted with a new truck loadout system. The relocated bin was placed in a hillside that required excavation and installation of a large retaining wall. The project also required reworking of the dust collection system and extensive electrical work, including PLC programming. This is an MSHA-regulated site requiring compliance with extensive safety guidelines that Artisan manages with a full-time safety team.
